Emission Analyzer Calibrations
Emission Analyzer Calibrations We perform emission analyzer calibrations as an accredited calibration laboratory service (Reference to K-071) at the customer’s site, or calibrations of portable flue gas analyzers within the range required by the customer in our laboratory. We calibrate analyzers operating on both electrochemical and physical principles (NDIR, chemiluminescent, paramagnetic, FTIR, NDUV). We perform calibration at five points of the analyzer range using certified reference materials or other available materials. We purchase the concentrations of these reference materials depending on the range of the calibrated analyzer. The customer receives a calibration certificate and a calibration mark with a defined calibration validity period.
The most commonly calibrated components: O2, CO2, CO, NO, NO2, SO2, TOC, HCl, HF, NH3, H2S, HCN, TRS, Hg, solid pollutants, flow rate, humidity.
Accredited calibrations are performed using the method of tracing certified reference materials or certified reference methods.
