Thermal measurements
The company provides services in the field of thermal diagnostics with the following objectives:
- determining the efficiency and thermal efficiency of energy and thermal equipment, optimizing the operation of thermal aggregates
- analyzing the work of technological aggregates with the aim of minimizing heat losses and solving technological problems in thermal processing, firing, drying, etc.
- assessment of thermal properties of buildings and economical use of thermal energy, including its production and distribution
For illustration, we present some cases of problems solved by us:
- increasing the thermal efficiency of boilers – based on the results of thermal efficiency, natural gas-fired boilers were cleaned from the flue gas side, repairs were made to the lining and control parts (flue gas damper), which resulted in an increase in thermal efficiency of approximately 2.5%
- optimizing the fuel-air combustion ratio in the melting unit
- optimizing the combustion ratio and combustion conditions in wood waste boilers
- solving the impact of secondary air on the formation of CO emissions and the results of the heat balance of the operation of a boiler with a movable return grate burning brown coal
